"Do you want some plums? My tree is full of plums and a lot of them are falling down"

Every time I go to my aunt house for a quick visit and a coffee she fills me with fruits and vegetables from her garden. Last time was plums time: red, meaty and delicious.
What better than a jam?
So, jam! But I added some cinammon spice to enrich the final taste. The result? Excellent!
If you like the warm and enveloping taste of cinammon this jam is just for you!
What you need:
kg 1,5 red plums
g 800 brown sugar
3 teaspoon cinammon
1 lemon juice
- wash the plums and remove the stones
- in a large pot mix the plums with the sugar, the lemon juice and turn a medium heat for 15 minutes and stirring often;
- add the cinammon and the cloves. Stirring and let it cook for 40 minutes
- fill the sterilized jars, close and leave upside down for 2 hours until they cool
